We are looking for a Technical Recruitment Manager  to be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of software developers  in a growing and emerging  company and you would be working directly with the TA Head  of the company.

We're looking for someone who will grow to become Account Manager as we scale our operations.

About you 
  • You are a seasoned, technical recruiter who is hands-on with entire Recruitment Lifecycle, while nurturing and influencing at the highest levels of the business you support
  • You are self-driven with superior organizational skills 
  • You are curious, someone who enjoys understanding how different parts of the business fit in with one another and impact each other
  • You will set up and utilize ATS reports , dashboards, and other tools to illustrate the recruiting pipeline and results
What You Should Have:
  • At least 8 years recruitment experience with Integration technologies 
  • At least 5 years experience in executive search
  • Interpret business requirements and translate them into successful recruitment solutions.
  • Develop and execute search strategies globally to identify, attract, select and hire world-class  talent 
  • Partner with Business Leadership to understand needed talent pipelines, capabilities and strengths and develop cost effective search strategies to proactively identify future talent needs.
  • Create structure and rigor around candidate management / experience.
  • Experience collaborating successfully with hiring managers to set expectations, create job descriptions, interview process and interview assessment
  • Experience recruiting for high volume and variety of roles and levels
  • Ability to utilize data to influence the business and backup recruiting goals and projections
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates via ATS and LinkedIn recruiter.
  • Leverage existing and further develop a network globally through industry contacts, association memberships, and hiring executives to help create appropriate search strategies.
  • Managing the entire hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance and start
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers and recruiting team members
  • Participating with the recruiting team in implementing and executing recruiting programs and strategies to fill current openings and help build a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates
  • Partnering with other departments (Finance,  Human Resources, BUs) to drive the recruiting process through onboarding
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management.
  • Possess strong analytic skills with ability to create, measure, and scale workflow between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team.

 • Bachelor's degree

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite 
• Good Experience in managing teams 
• Good with Data analytics and data churning, creating dashboards and presenting to leadership
